Having first entered the master-planned community building market in the mid-1990s with Idaho’s first New Urbanist inspired development, Hidden Springs Community, Grossman continues to break ground in desirable locations.
Located just 6 miles northwest of Boise, Cartwright Ranch is a fully entitled 680-acre master-planned community featuring 682 residential home sites, over 448 acres of natural open space and 24 acres of developed open space. The first phase of this development began in the third quarter of 2015 consisting of 40 single family residential lots. Phase two began in July of 2016 and, when complete, will add 62 residential lots to the community. The project sits adjacent to Hidden Springs (also developed by Grossman Company Properties), a nationally recognized sustainable planned community and recipient of the 2000 Best Smart Growth Award from the National Association of Home Builders. In support of the small town character created by Hidden Springs, Cartwright Ranch will include more than 20,000 sq. ft. of community and commercial space including a Town Center, community facilities, library, pool and post office.
