Arizona Grand Resort

This AAA, Four Diamond luxury resort was purchased by Grossman Company Properties in the summer of 2006 and will be managed by its affiliate Classic Hotels and Resorts. The Arizona Grand Resort is Phoenix's only all-suite destination resort with a destination spa, 18-hole championship golf course, 6 acre water park, 65,000 square foot fitness complex and exquisite dining at six unique restaurants. The 640-suite Spanish and Mediterranean resort is spread out over 164 acres at the base of the beautiful 17,000-acre South Mountain Preserve.

Meeting facilities include 117,000 total square feet of function space including 60 meeting rooms in the Convention Center, a 20,000 square foot Grande Ballroom, a 20,000 Exhibit Pavilion, two garden terraces for outdoor functions with up to 12,000 square feet of space, and the Paseo, a 16,000 square foot outdoor promenade with fountains, fragrant gardens and fireplaces.

The Park at Chandler, Chandler

Grossman Company Properties and Robson Communities joined forces in 1981 to develop the Park at Chandler, a mixed use project located on the southwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona.

As managing partner, Grossman Company Properties began development of this 60 acre site with a 180 unit luxury multifamily apartment complex, a 36,000 square foot prime garden office complex anchored by Arizona Federal Credit Union and Chandler Regional Hospital and a 10,000 square foot bank administration office building occupied by Bank of America.

Construction later began on a 26 acre retail power center anchored by Home Depot, Safeway and Staples. Additional tenants include Applebee's, Wendy's, Jiffy Lube and Washington Mutual.

Approximately seven remaining acres are available for future development.



Inn at Laguna Beach, Laguna Beach

The Inn at Laguna Beach is located on Main Beach at 211 North Pacific Coast Highway in the heart of Laguna Beach, situated atop a magnificent bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the California Coast. This luxury boutique hotel, which opened in 1990, maintains a loyal clientele who enjoy the Inn's prime location on the beach and a short walking distance to the village center. Since its purchase by Grossman in 2001, the Inn has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation. Eagle River, Eagle

Eagle River is a 90 acre mixed-use development located in the city of Eagle, Idaho at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Eagle Road and State Highway 44. This high visability intersection exceeds traffic counts of 60,000 cars per day. An exceptional development, Eagle River is centered in the highest-income, fastest-growing area of the state. Bounded by the Boise River on its southern end, Eagle River is characterized by distinctive design, extensive landscaping, unique water features and signature entry signage. To add another element of beauty to this distinctive project, Merrill Community Park was created by the City of Eagle as part of the overall Eagle River development. It includes picnic ramadas, an amphitheater, observation areas, fishing on the adjacent and expanded pond, and provides a natural park along the Boise River.

In addition, Group One Real Estate leased an entire 22,000 sq. ft. office building which opened in 2006.

Eagle River offers a wide range of alternatives to users, including large, free-standing anchor buildings, individual pad sites or small shop spaces. The project also provides a variety of occupancy options for office users, including parcels of differing sizes and locations available for sale, as well as buildings to be built for sale or lease. Overall, the development contains 44 building pads ranging in size from 24,493 square feet to 296,500 square feet. The 44 pads will, at completion, contain over 1,000,000 square feet.



Hilton Garden Inn, Eagle

Hilton Garden Inn is a joint venture with Johnson Brothers Hospitality which opened in 2003 and has exceeded all expectations for rate and occupancy. Fronting the Boise River, this 100 room mid-priced hotel offers quality amenities and services in a comfortable atmosphere with a strong business orientation, including substantial meeting rooms and facilities. In response to the area's demand, a 40 room expansion is planned for an early 2006 opening.


Forest Highlands, Boise County

Forest Highlands is a 134 acre, 24 lot rural residential development with private access to public lands in the beautiful rolling foothills north of Boise.




Bogus Basin, Ada County

Bogus Basin Homesites consist of 14 rural residential lots situated amongst the peaks and mesas of the upper foothills along Bogus Basin Road. Access to alpine and downhill skiing at Bogus Basin Resort is within 15 miles, with excellent hiking and sledding just outside your back door.


Charing Cross, Ada County

Cartwright Ranch
